The expected lifespan of our electric bicycle batteries depends on the battery type. We offer two options: NCA and LFP.
The NCA battery has a cycle life of approximately 500 cycles.
The LFP battery has a longer cycle life of about 2000 cycles.

Tritek: The functional tests of the battery

1/Firstly make sure to use the specified charger, then try to restart the lithium-ion battery.

2/Make sure the charger connector is not reversed or faulty, and make sure the wiring connection is fine.

If the battery still can not be recharged, please contact the specified dealer or distributor.

Check if the charger is the matching type. If the problem is still not solved by using the correct charger, contact the specified distributor or dealer for resolution.

When the battery is abnormally hot during use, disconnect the battery and stop using it immediately. In this case, the battery must be replaced or repaired at the specified dealer or distributor.

Recharge the lithium-ion battery, restart the appliance, and make sure the software is upgraded to the latest version.

If the problem is still not solved, contact the specified distributor or dealer for resolution.

The battery suddenly ignites during use, which is rare but is very dangerous after it appears.

If the e-bike battery pack is on fire, it must be extinguished with a fire extinguisher or fire sand.

Do not use water, clothes, etc. to extinguish the fire. Because the water is a conductor, and the clothes are flammable.

Never use the lithium-ion batteries until the power display goes black or power off. The best way is to buy a second battery to replace the one with low power in time and start recharging the flat battery as soon as possible. It is not recommended to fully discharge the battery.

The 1st time, the lithium-ion batteries do not need to be charged for a long time. Generally, the charging time is between 2 and 4 hours depending on the battery capacity. The newly purchased lithium-ion battery can be used directly and then recharged after use.

Its life is certain (the number of charge and discharge is usually 300-500 times), so mastering the correct method of use is the secret of the battery’s “longevity”. It is not recommended to recharge the e-bike lithium-ion battery over the specified charging time. Disconnect the charger from the battery after the battery is fully charged.
In addition, the original charger or the charger attached to the battery must be used. Try not to use the battery until the power display goes black screen or the battery is switched off.

The ideal working temperature of the lithium-ion battery is 0 °C – 25 °C, it can be normally charged at 10 °C – 45 °C, and normally discharged at -20 °C – 60 °C. In an environment below -20 ° C or above 45 ° C, the battery charge and discharge performance is degraded.
