On August 12, Tritek LEV battery manufacturer officially signed documents and settled a new battery factory in Zhongxin Suchu High-tech Zone.
Yang Guanglan, Director of the Management Committee of Sino-Singapore Suchu High-tech Zone, He Jianbu, President of Sino-Singapore Suchu Development, and Bluen Lee, CEO of Tritek Limited attended the signing ceremony.
Tritek has invested 50 million RMB in a new factory (Anhui branch). This investment is the first, but not the last for the Anhui branch. We plan to finish our factory in December 2022 and start running it next Q1 2023.
Let’s clarify these investments in a simpler manner.
The production capacity of an Anhui factory is 100,000 PCs per month. Factory facilities include SMT production lines, PCBA assembly lines, and other essential parts. In our new branch, we will produce lev batteries, energy storage batteries, AGV batteries, etc.
For example, in 2021, twenty-three million RMB were invested in the hardware and software of the PCBA production line in Shenzhen. Our fully automated SMT line has a daily output of 9 million points and 50,000 units. And our semi-automatic pack assembly line has a daily output of 20,000 battery packs.
What can you get from it?
The production location is in Anhui city near Shanghai port. One of the undoubted advantages of such a location is convenient logistics.
Moreover, during the Eurobike Exhibition 2022, we heard many concerns about shipping batteries during the pandemic in China and all over the world now and in the future.
Now, even if the port in Shenzhen city has problems with logistics, we have another option as Shanghai city port. It makes the whole process more convenient and less stressful for our clients in unexpected situations. Shipping batteries without delays and better logistics are what you can get.
Why have we decided to set up a new factory?
Today the market of LEV, energy storage, and others is growing very fast. We want to prepare for the market boom of energy storage batteries, e-bike batteries, e-motorcycles, etc, and meet the increasing market demand and high-level customer needs.
