Battery Swap Charging

Battery swapping enables rapid energy replenishment by replacing a depleted battery with a fully charged unit at a designated swap point. Once the exchange is completed, the AGV resumes operation immediately at full performance.

Scheduled Manual Charging

In scheduled charging, AGVs are connected to a charger during planned idle periods such as shift changes or off-hours. Charging can be performed using either onboard or external chargers, depending on system design.

Opportunity Charging

Opportunity charging allows AGVs to receive short, controlled charging sessions during brief pauses in operation. These partial charges extend daily runtime without requiring oversized battery capacity.

Fully Automatic Docking Charging

With automatic charging, AGVs autonomously navigate to a charging station once a predefined battery threshold is reached. Electrical contact is established automatically, charging begins without human involvement, and the AGV disengages once the target charge level is reached.
